Rosehip Design South Africa Return and Exchange Policy
We will accept all Rosehip items provided they are unworn / unused for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Any Rosehip items purchased at independent stores and/ or pop ups must be returned to the location where it was purchased from, without exception. To be eligible for a return all items must be purchased at full price, in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects or stains, no smells and or any signs that the item has been worn, washed or used, or altered in any way. All returns and exchanges must be communicated to the Rosehip team via email to info@rosehipdesign.co.za. Your return we will be in the form of a Rosehip South Africa voucher. Please note no returns / credit of shipping costs.
Customers are liable for a return courier fee, charged at the same delivery rate as your area as well as an admin fee of R60 for garment inspection and merchant fees. You may wavier the courier fee by using your own courier. If you don’t have a courier account, we will be happy to log the collection on your behalf and you can process payment to us for delivery and admin fee on the exchange or we can take the balance off your refund.
Defective merchandise, all garments are quality checked before packing and sending, but in the unlikely event of receiving a defective item please email us straight away. Discounted and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Rosehip will not be held responsible for any losses due to incorrect delivery address or absence of receipt. Once the parcel has left our premises we are not responsible for loss or damage.
